- All pricing excludes GST, GST is applied at the time of invoicing only
- Special pricing availably for more than one studio, per application
- Preference is given to longer term tenants
- A $100.00 Refundable Key Bond is required prior to entry
- Public Holiday, Weekend, for a special function, Price on application
- Weekly = String of 5 straight working days
- Monthly = String of consecutive working days from one month to the other with annivery on same day date
- Membership = Access during business hours only, 9am to 5pm, use of Wi-Fi, Non-dedicated Desk provided, no key
- Daily = Less than 5 days or 5 or more non-continuous business days (Public holidays are excluded from the structure)
- Although there are 19 carparks, they are to be used for Tenants of tenants only, (Tenants are to find other arrangements)
- The above is critical for all tenants Tenants to find parking, however, under exceptional circumstances this rule may be reviewed for brief periods
- We reserve the right to move tenants from one room to another at our discression
- No lock-in Contracts - unless you require
- 3 Month notice period to vacate
- The existing shower facilities in the disabled toilet is for exclusive use of 12RND
- Membership is active when we reply with acceptance of membership
- Housekeeping, Cleaning kitchen, Breakout area, suites, bin clearing, toilet cleaning, all done weekly,
